They *Prolly* Didn’t Find What They Were Looking For
Oh, WordPress analytics, what fun you are!
It’s been a while since I’ve peeked at what keyword searches recently led people here, but continued anxiety-induced insomnia led me to my dashboard last night.
As per usual, some of the terms had me flummoxed until I searched them myself. Honestly, searchers, I can’t imagine that you found what you were actually looking for on this site, but I hope you were entertained while you were here….
- buzz cut no 4 – well, I have written about the first time the Hubs came home with a buzz cut, as well as mentioning that it is one cut I would never try, but I can’t figure out where the “no 4” comes in there. Because I think my son gets a #2.
- my youth era – I did write about this, as apparently, I am vintage. <sobs>
- horses: one more taste – ::huh?:: and ::why????:: But, bizarre as this keyword combo is, it will lead you here. Go figure.
- wooden spoon – my mom was the queen of the wooden spoon.
- Jerseylicious – there’s just too much material there not to blog about them….
- how to make a tractor cake – more like how NOT to make one? Surprisingly, this search pulls up four posts, so I hope that the original searcher found THIS one – and scrolled PAST the doll cake.
- tootie facts of life braces – yes, I too rocked her headgear, but you won’t find a picture of me here. Or anywhere.
- evil boy fairies
Evil boy fairies????
:: blinks ::
I’m stumped on this one. Individually, the keywords will find plenty of linkies to my posts. I still need to get this sign, but there’s nothing boyishly evil about it.
Anyhoo, if any of these search terms brought you to my blog, I hope that you look around a bit more, because there is so much more to me than buzz cuts and braces.
Like glitter. And shoes.
And cake. *at least 20 posts’ worth*
*ahem*
Thanks for stopping by!

So, your post got me wondering about the Google searches that have led folks my way these last two and a half months of blogging… The top 3 were interesting…
At 17 searches we have: “messy living room” – okay, I’ll admit, I usually have a messy living room… I wrote about an experiment I did with my family and messes… But, I have to wonder why someone would search out messy living rooms on Google? (there are another 3searches for “messy living room images”)
At 3 searches – “stiff peaks pavlova” which was really my adventure with egg whites and meringue.
Another 3 searches… “clean living room” – which makes me feel a bit redeemed by my messy living room… But only a bit!

The tractor cake kinda looks like Mater from the Disney movie Cars 2. 🙂
